We have a 24-Hour Cancellation Policy.
If you cancel less than 24 hrs. before your appointment
(and during business hours), or miss it altogether, you will be charged
for each service and/or therapy scheduled.

We may require a credit card to reserve any service or therapy, at our discretion.

Please NOTE: Due to the time it takes to re-study and re-assess your case, if you want to schedule a Follow-up but your last follow-up was over a year ago, you will be charged the new Initial Consultation fee and not a Follow-up fee for this consultation. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

* To schedule a Panchakarma Treatment you need to:

1. Call us first to check if your preferred dates are available and reserve your spot;
2. Fill out a Contract and mail it along with:
• a $350 deposit per person for a 5-day Panchakarma program;
• a $750 deposit per person for an 8-day Panchakarma program,
• a $1,150 deposit per person for a 12-day Panchakarma program.
We cannot guarantee your scheduled dates until we receive your contract(s) and deposit(s).
